For businesses and organisations
01 / Equipment
Complete units and parts. We’ll confirm which items can be accepted for each collection.
Office PCs, workstations and notebooks from refreshes, moves or equipment clear-outs.
Retired servers and loose drives. Flag fitted, removed or unidentified storage in your inventory.
Components, monitors and accessories. List them separately so they can be assessed with the rest of the lot.
02 / The process
We agree what leaves your site, track the handover and document what happens to the equipment and storage media.
List the equipment, quantities and collection constraints. Confirm what’s in scope before arranging handover.
Check the equipment against the agreed list and record any differences at collection or inspection.
Identify data-bearing items and confirm which ones are authorised for destruction before treatment.
Record verified destruction and recycling separately, with any exceptions or unresolved items visible.
03 / Useful answers
Start with your equipment types, approximate quantities and any site access constraints. Our collection checklist helps you gather the details.
We assess complete and partial PCs, laptops, servers and peripherals. List loose components and any missing, fitted or unknown storage so they can be assessed.
Mark them as unknown. We check which equipment contains data-bearing media during inspection and confirm authority before destruction.
We record the handover and report verified outcomes. The destruction record covers the media verified as destroyed. Recycling and any unresolved items are recorded separately.
We’re based in Youghal, Co. Cork. Collection arrangements depend on the location, equipment and access requirements.
04 / Prepare for collection
Group equipment by type and rough count, flag anything with unknown storage, and note access constraints. Use the checklist to put those details in one place.
